Candida Diet: the HIDDEN Dietary Treatment

5. Remember also to keep the right acid-alkaline balance to stop Candida over multiplication. Your food plan should include alkaline foods (these are foods like almonds, green juices, fresh vegetables and other foods with sodium, potassium, magnesium, cesium, and calcium). Continue with a moderate intake of acid-forming foods to make sure that you get the right alkaline balance to better control Candida in your body. Alkaline forming foods include grain products fish, meat and most dairy products. This will help you have the right “pH” level in your blood stream. The right level of is around 7.4 although it can be in a range of 7.35 and 7.45. Note that PH goes from zero up to fourteen where zero is the most acid, fourteen is the most alkaline and seven is neutral. Excess acidity will cause Candida to multiply unreasonably.

Note that candida diets can be excellent for preventing all types of yeast infections but only if they are used as the first part of a full holistic program.
